 1. Do you offer packages, and what do they include?
Yes, we offer several packages to suit different needs and budgets. Packages typically include a pre-session consultation, the photo session itself, a certain number of edited digital images, and options for prints or photo books. 2. Can we choose the location for our photo session?
Absolutely! We can shoot at a location of your choice, whether it’s your home, a park, or another meaningful spot though we have a beautiful studio which is equipped with 100+ themes and props.

3. What if my child is fussy or uncooperative during session?
It’s perfectly normal for children to be fussy or shy. We have experience working with kids and will take breaks, use playful techniques, and stay patient to capture genuine smiles and moments. We aim to create a stress-free environment. 
 
4. How long does a typical photo session last?
Maternity ,baby and family sessions usually last about 1-2 hours depending upon how many themes one takes. Newborn sessions can take 2-3 hours to allow time for feeding, changing, and soothing the baby to ensure a relaxed environment. !
 
5. When is the best time to schedule a maternity and newborn photo session?
The ideal time for a maternity photo session is between 30 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. During this period, your belly will be nicely rounded, but you’ll still be comfortable enough to pose and move around. 
For Newborns, the ideal time is within the first 5-20 days of life when the baby is still very sleepy and can be easily posed. Newborn sessions are booked while the mother is still pregnant to ensure availability and timely discussions.
 
6. How do we book a session and what is required to secure slot
To book a session, you can contact us through our website, email, or phone. We require details on the kind of session you want and a deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day after  session gets over. 
 
7. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that things come up. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The deposit can be applied to a future session if rescheduled within a specified period else the advance gets shelved. 
 
8. Can we include our pets in the family photos?
Yes, pets are welcome! Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
 
9. What should we wear for the photo shoot?
We recommend coordinating outfits in neutral or complementary colors without heavy patterns. We will provide a detailed guide upon booking as per your choice of theme.
 
10. Do you offer gift certificates?

11.  How far in advance should I book a session?
It’s best to book your session at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
 
12. I don’t want you to post my pictures on social media or your website. 
We completely understand and respect your desire for privacy regarding the photos from your session.
But as our portfolio and social media presence are essential to showcase our work and attract new clients, we typically include a selection of images from each session. However, we are happy to accommodate your request for privacy. 
To account for this, we charge 50% of your total shoot amount to cover the lost opportunity for  marketing and portfolio development.
